A variety of yoga styles will be explored, focusing on strength, endurance, flexibility, mobility, balance, and breath control. Each class ends with relaxation and meditation to leave you feeling energized, centered and calm. Modifications for all levels will be demonstrated. This is a co-ed class. This program will follow all COVID protocols as mentioned in Cowichan Lake Recreation’s COVID-19 Safety Plan found at www.cvrd.bc.ca. Bring your own equipment.
