About this Class

CLR has an elliptical trainer, treadmill, spin bikes, hand weights (various weights), weight bench, mats & weighted exercise balls all set up in our multipurpose room for your use. Individuals or family household members only. $6 per 45 minute time slot that includes time for mandatory sanitation of equipment and hands before and after use. Bring your own iPod or phone and plug into our music system and workout while enjoying the spectacular view. Masks are mandatory at all times except when working out. COVID Protocols must be followed at all times. No spectators.
